A password will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.

You will be taken to a second page with several options. On the left side about half way down is a button that says "Unsubscribe". Check the box and click the button to remove your email address from the list.

You can return to this page at any time to add your email address back to the list.
